Creating Your Trubuild Account
Navigate to the Login Page: Open your preferred web browser and type in app.trubuild.io This will take you directly to the login page.
Click on "Create an Account": On the login page, you'll find a button labelled "Create an Account". Click on this to begin the registration process.
Fill Out Your Personal Information: You'll be presented with a registration form. Carefully fill in your personal details, including your full name, a valid email address, and a strong password. Ensure your password is a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for maximum security.
Verify Your Email Address: Once you've submitted the registration form, check your email inbox for a message from Trubuild. This email will contain a verification link. Click on this link to confirm your account and complete the setup process.
Logging Into Your Trubuild Account
Enter Your Credentials: Return to the Trubuild login page and enter the email address and password you used during registration. Double-check for accuracy to avoid login errors.
Click "Log In": After entering your credentials, click the "Log In" button to access your personalised Trubuild dashboard.
Navigating Your Trubuild Dashboard
Landing on the Default Page: Upon successful login, you'll be automatically directed to the default dashboard page. This page serves as your central hub for managing your projects and accessing various features.
Personalise Your Settings: To make your Trubuild experience more tailored to your needs, visit the settings tab. Here, you can add personal details such as your job title, contact information, and even upload your company logo for a professional touch.
Check and Update Account Details: While in the settings tab, take a moment to review your personal information. Ensure that all details are accurate and up-to-date. You can make any necessary changes directly within the settings.
Creating a New Project
Click on "Create a New Project": From your dashboard, locate and click the prominent button labelled "Create a New Project". This will initiate the project creation process.
Name Your Project and Upload Documents: Give your project a clear and descriptive name. Then, start uploading the relevant documents by clicking the "Upload" button or dragging and dropping files directly into the designated area. Trubuild supports various file formats, including PDFs and word documents.
Uploading and Managing Your Documents
Upload Documents Individually or in Bulk: You have the flexibility to upload documents one by one or in larger batches. For individual uploads, simply select each file and click "Open". For larger projects with multiple files, you can create a zipped folder containing all relevant documents and upload the entire folder at once.
Organise Your Documents: Trubuild provides a user-friendly interface for managing your uploaded documents. You can easily rename files, create folders for better organisation, and delete documents that are no longer needed.
Analysing Your Contracts
Click "Analyse": Once your documents are uploaded, click the "Analyse" button to initiate Trubuild's powerful contract analysis process.
Wait for Analysis Completion: The analysis duration will vary depending on the size and complexity of your contract -between 5-30 minutes. Trubuild will notify you via email when the analysis is complete.
Utilise the Edit and Chat Features: While you wait for the analysis, you can start interacting with your documents using the Edit tab. The chat feature allows you to ask specific questions about the contract, facilitating a deeper understanding of its terms and conditions.
Reviewing Your Contract Summary
Access the Summary Page: After the analysis is finished, navigate to the summary page. Here, you'll find a comprehensive overview of your contract's key details.
Explore Detailed Information: The summary page presents various sections, each offering in-depth information about different aspects of your contract. You can explore sections on risk score, ambiguity, scope of work, penalties, payment terms, and more. Clicking on each section will reveal detailed insights and potential areas for improvement.
Your Contract is Ready for Review
Review Contract Health Scores: Trubuild assigns health scores to your contract based on various factors. These scores, along with other metrics, provide a clear indication of your contract's overall status and potential areas of concern.
Edit and Refine Your Documents: Leverage Trubuild's editing tools to make any necessary changes or refinements to your contract documents.
Utilise Recommendations and Risk Assessments: Trubuild's analysis generates detailed recommendations and risk assessments. Carefully review these insights to ensure your contract is comprehensive, accurate, and protects your interests effectively.
